Meghan Markle may officially be done with public engagements until after her maternity leave, but the Duchess of Sussex stepped out yesterday with Prince Harry for a family event. The couple went to the christening for their cousins’ baby Lena Tindall at St. Nicholas Church in Cherington, Gloucestershire. The baby’s parents, Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall, named Harry as her godfather.
Harry wore a navy suit and pale blue patterned tie for the occasion, while Meghan, who’s expected to give birth within the next month or so, concealed her stomach beneath a burgundy silk Dior coat from William Vintage, which she paired with a Victoria Beckham leather tote and a navy beret to complement her husband’s outfit.
Kate Middleton and Prince William were not at the christening. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were instead doing a royal engagement for St. Patrick’s Day. The two were part of the 1st Battalion Irish Guards St Patrick’s Day Parade in Hounslow, England. Kate wore a custom Alexander McQueen coat dress to that event.
